Len is a fabulous chef. Everything we hoped for and discussed with him about catering for our wedding was carefully planned. On the day, Len and his fantastic team arrived on-site, set up their kitchen facilities, and produced the freshest, most delicious meals for our wedding guests. The dinner was out of this world. The pâté and fillet steak were utter perfection. The exceptional quality and presentation of the whole dinner blew away our guests. The evening buffet and lunch served the following day were just right.

Everything about the evening was first-class and exceeded expectations. The food was well served and well presented in every way. The vegetable dishes were superbly prepared and cooked (on so many occasions of this nature, the veg is overcooked) with hot dishes making them a worthy accompaniment to the excellent beef.
